Even though there's a section for Philadelphia apartments I just put a link to the whole website (never know who's reading my blog and from where). Maybe you have a rating of your own that you would like to post.
I know that there are some apartments in Philly with some real high rents and the city is always building more! Most people I know couldn't afford to pay the high rents that some of these places charge. Hopefully if you are looking for an apartment you'll be able to find something that you can afford.
