Thanks for visiting my Earn Money From Blog. About the #3 policy, it means that you can't create a website only to show AdSense Ads without ny posts or contents. This is a good step taken by Google to banned all MFA(Made for AdSense) sites because these sites only have 1 or 2 articles and then they use the AdSense Ads all over their sites and generate a lot of clicks to cheat money from Google.
Now, these sites can't do it anymore. If our blog have great contents, we can benefit from this policy.

Thanks for explaining that to me. Once you have adsense on your sites you try hard not to go against their rules and risk being banned from them.
